Hello to Upper Canada Cyclones players and families.  Welcome to the 2025/26 season!

As a former competitive athlete and current HP1 hockey coach with over 10 years of experience, I understand the hard work, dedication, and commitment required of high performance hockey players.  I draw on this experience, as well as the experience of my coaching staff to help each athlete maximize their development potential.

In keeping with the Long term Player Development (LTPD) model,  we will be a development first culture.  Players will be encouraged and challenged to get out of their respective comfort zones.  Mistakes happen during games and they provide us with learning opportunities.  This is a competitive environment, where winning is prioritized, but winning at U13 is, and will always be a product of good player and team development.

The coaching staff will will foster a positive, respectful and constructive culture.  Collectively, we as coaches, players, and parents will adhere to what I believe are 3 pillars of high performing teams:

3 - Accountability                            

It takes an "all hands on deck" approach to ensure that all players maximize their hockey and character development potential.  United we are strong!
