2025/2026 Playing Season

Dear Potential Sponsor:

District 14 of Hockey Eastern Ontario offers a AAA, elite hockey program within its boundaries. This territory includes Westport to Winchester, Brockville to Long Sault, and Richmond to Metcalfe on the North. The Upper Canada Cyclones AAA Minor Hockey Association is tasked to run these hockey programs; however, since this is a regional hockey program and players come from many various communities, fundraising efforts within a community must be done in a different way.

The Upper Canada Cyclones AAA Minor Hockey Association has been providing AAA-level hockey in our territory since 2007 when AAA hockey was first introduced in our area. The Cyclone’s teams have progressed over the years and have attained league championships and we have sent two teams to a provincial championship. Teams range from U12 to U18 and compete against other high-caliber association teams including The Ottawa 67’s, Ottawa Myers, Eastern Ontario Wild, Ottawa Valley Titans and the Ontario Hockey Academy. Generally, teams play a 30 regular game season (15 home/15 away), playoffs, tournaments, and exhibition games.

In order to assist in promoting elite-level hockey in our region, we have organized a sponsorship program, where a business can sponsor a child and the sponsor would receive a sponsor bar that is sewn onto the player’s jersey. You can sponsor 1 jersey or both. AAA registration costs are $6,450.00 Generally, to sponsor one player jersey, the amount would be ½, and to sponsor two jerseys, the full registration cost would be requested. However, if you prefer to sponsor a different amount, any level of sponsorship would be appreciated and would give you a listing as a sponsor on our website.

If you are interested in assisting a player, please complete the attached sponsorship form, and return it to the player or parents of that player. They will then make further arrangements with you.
