Coach Terry looks forward to working with the U14 (2011) Cyclones team in the upcoming season. Terry and his staff aim to foster an environment that nurtures player development and instills the skills needed to excel at the AAA competitive level.

Having joined the Upper Canada Cyclones in 2009, Terry brings a wealth of coaching experience. Prior to his tenure with the Cyclones, he successfully led teams such as the RSL Kings and RSL Thunder. His coaching journey led him to coach the Kemptville 73’s U18 AAA for two years, during which he was honored as the 2015/16 HEO Coach of the Year.

Returning to the Cyclones for the 2017/18 season, Terry's teams have achieved notable success, clinching tournament victories, HEO league titles, and showcasing their talents at provincial and Ontario Winter Games levels. Additionally, Terry's contributions extended beyond coaching, serving as a scout for Smith Falls Jr A and offering assistance to Westport Jr B.

Throughout his career, Terry has remained steadfast in his commitment to player development, both on and off the ice. His coaching philosophy revolves around identifying and enhancing athletes' strengths while addressing areas for improvement. He is dedicated to providing every player with opportunities to advance their hockey journey to the highest echelons of the sport.

Terry and his coaching staff eagerly anticipate delivering a challenging yet enriching experience for all athletes affiliated with the 2024/25 Cyclones U14 team.
